Do you take insurance?
No, we do not accept insurance. We accept self-pay only. If you participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) plan, you may be able to use your HSA to pay for your sessions. However, it your responsibility to check with your insurance carrier or organization to verify whether or not behavioral or mental health counseling is an authorized and/or reimbursable charge with your plan.
How much does a counseling session cost?
The cost of our counseling sessions range from $60 to $80 per session. The range is due to the different fee structure for each counselor. For more information regarding the fee for the counselor with whom you will be working, please contact us via email or phone, and we will be happy to provide you with that information.
What is your cancellation policy?
You must cancel at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment in order to avoid a late-cancellation fee. If you do not cancel your appointment within at least 24-hours before your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the amount equal to the cost of your session. Consideration is given in cases of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from making your appointment or cancelling within 24 hours.
Do you offer additional services?
Yes. We offer several marriage enrichment workshops quarterly.
Do I have to be a Christian to use your services?
No, you do not have to be a Christian to use our services. The principles we use to guide our practice and to help those who entrust their relationships to us are based upon biblical truths. Therefore, we integrate sound biblical principles with evidence-based techniques to help couples reach their goals and experience lasting change.
Do you offer telehealth or online sessions?
Yes, we do offer counseling sessions via a secure online platform. This service is offered to Virginia residents only at this time.
