Do you take insurance?
No, we do not accept insurance. We accept self-pay only. If you participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) plan, you may use your HSA.
What is your cancellation policy?
You must cancel 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment in order to avoid a late-cancellation fee. If you do not cancel your appointment within 24-hours, you will be charged the amount equal to the cost of your session. If you have an emergency that prevents you from making your appointment or cancelling within 24 hours, you will not be charged.
Do you offer additional services?
Yes. We offer marriage workshops and divorce recovery sessions. We also partner with local churches to provide marriage counseling.
Do I have to be a Christian to use your services?
No, you do not have to be a Christian to use our services. The principles we use to guide our practice and to help those who entrust their relationships to us are based upon biblical truths. Therefore, we integrate sound biblical principles with evidence-based techniques to help couples reach their goals and experience lasting change.
Do you offer telephone or online sessions?
Yes, we do offer counseling sessions via telephone and online. This service is offered on an as-needed basis for couples where one spouse may be traveling out of town, deployed, or where the couple does not reside in the local area.
